Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your signature scent, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrance bottles. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective bubble wrap to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item to ensure it is unopened, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
